Residents of W. Virgina pcip insurance programs are listed under the ferderal administered plans and can enjoy the easy enrollment and application that is offered. The qualifications are namely three and pre-existing condition is one of them that you have not been able to get coverage for even if you were accepted by a major medical carrier but denied the right of having your pre-exisitng covered wihtout a waiting period.
Pre-existing condition insurance plan adopted by the law signed into effect in 2010 allows for those aualified to get coverage from day one. The plan coverage is for catastrophic as well as the condition and the deductibles are starting at $1,000 with three plans to choose from. Premiums for the rates of the plan start at $119 under the new revisions done July 1 2011.

Processing does take about three weeks so you will want to get started by filing a pcip insurance application without delay and the premiums are not deducted until approved.
